Main Street USA III - National Steinbeck Center

This is the National Steibeck Center at the head of Main Street in Salinas, CA, the boyhood home of author John Steinbeck. At the risk of hurting someone's feelings, the architecture seems neo-Stalinist to me and would fit nicely on the campus of Moscow University. Making room for this structure also caused the destruction of much of Victorian Salinas. Other than that, it is just grand.
