Prayer Request for Sgt Shawn Wilson, 10th Mountain

My nephew, Sgt Shawn Wilson (at right) of the 10th Mountain Division, deploys to Iraq this evening. The family is of course greatly concerned for him and hopes that all who know him and us keep him in their prayers.

Hey John, my step son has been there since Sept 11 deploying out of Fairbanks AK with the 1-24 Strykers. It is not easy but seeing as your nephew is coming from the 10th Mountain Division I know that he is as well trained as can be. I will wish him safety.

Such a wonderful shot, I hope and pray they all return safely and with honor, I was army myself for 12 years but was lucky to not have seen active service, have been in more dangerous situations since leaving the Army, but maybe thats because of where I decided to work

Wow, what a great shot and a tremendously handsome young man. I have a friend whose son is also about to be deployed to Iraq and she's beside herself with worry. I will keep your nephew in my prayers, as well. We will pray him there and back.

Consider it done. A good friend's son was over there for a couple of years, but it back in the States now. They're hoping he doesn't have to return before his duty ends.
