Winter GoldPosted by MontereyJohn (Salinas, California, United States) on 12 January 2009 in Architecture and Portfolio. This view of Bixby Bridge is from the south end of the bridge. This location for shooting requires a bit of doing to get to. There is a steep hill just beyond the end of the bridge, but if you know where and how, you can get around it and get to the cliff face over the beach and get a good view of the bridge well lit by the winter afternoon sun. Speaking of the cliff face, it's not a place for acrophobes :) Thanks for dropping by and sharing in the joy I take in this art of photography. Enjoy your visit, and if you have any comments or useful criticisms, please feel free to share them. You can visit my web site at http://montereyjohnphotography.com/
