Paraiso Vineyards

Yesterday I was out and about looking for possible commecial settings. Paraiso Vinyards sits on the tableland above the Salinas Valley near Soledad, California. Wine is a huge industry here in Monterey County and provides many opportunities for developing technique in a wonderful setting. If you got to work, this is the place to do it.
