when was this taken? i thought yosemite wld be really cold and even a bit snowy by now? i was there over thanksgiving break and it was freezing then already!

This picture was taken last February. It gets plenty cold up there but is subject to freaky breaks with temps on the valley floor getting into the 60s or even the 70s in the dead of winter. When we were there, the snowline was at about 6000 ft.
